Gobir Commiserates With Belgore On The Death Of Mother

Kwara State Gubernatorial Candidate for the Young Progressives Party (YPP), Waziri Yakubu Gobir, has commiserated with the Belgore Family on the death of the matriarch, Alhaja Maryam Alarape Belgore (Mama Billi).
Alhaja Belgore, according to Waziri Gobir, was "a committed leader and highly-skilled nurse who dedicated her life to touching and improving the lives of everyone she met."
"An astute businesswoman and oil merchant, Alhaja Alarape was an exemplary elder stateswoman who contributed to the growth of Ilorin and the Muslim community in all ramifications."
The matriarch died on Sunday, 26th February aged 83 and will be buried on Monday in line with the dictates of the Holy Quran.
Extending his condolences to the Belgore Family, Waziri Yakubu Gobir wrote, "My thoughts are with Barrister Biliqees Belgore, her brother, Mohammed Dele Belgore, SAN, and the entire Belgore family on this painful departure."
"We rest in the knowledge that her life was lived in full service to her people and her legacy will speak for her well into the future. May Allah comfort her family and all others who mourn."
