Diocesan Board Of Igbomina Anglican Diocese And Oro District Of Hairdressers Association Hosts Odetundun In Oro Wards

Hon. Olushola Odetundun, the leading candidate of APC to Kwara state house of Assembly from Irepodun constituency took his campaign train to the Anglican family meeting in Ijomu Oro on Saturday.
Hon. Odetundun who is equally a member of the Board was warmly welcomed by the clergymen at the meeting with nostalgic feelings about his past contributions to the body of Christ. Speakers in turn reminded him of the need to remain a good ambassador wherever he finds himself. They prayed for his success in the forthcoming election. The Church assured him of their prayers and support.
He also attended the annual celebration of the association of hairdressers, Oro district. The purpose of the celebration this year is to raise funds for the association secretariat. The venue of the fundraising program paraded politicians, industrialists and religious bodies, and leaders from all spheres of life.
Hon Odetundun while receiving an award of excellence, presented by the state president of the association admonished members of the association to remain focused as a result of current happenings, either in banks or at fuel stations, and to maintain their commitment to the people's agenda of governor AbdulRazaq Abdulrahman. He said, no amount of sabotage will distract the good people of Kwara state from voting for the continuity of the all-inclusive government of APC in the state.
