Charles Folayan To Immortalize Late Dr. Mike Omotosho

The YPP House of Reps Candidate for the Irepodun/Isin/Ekiti/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency Charles Olufemi Folayan has promised to immortalize the late philanthropist Dr. Mike Omotosho (Omotosure) when elected.
Folayan made this known during his campaign tour to Obbo Aiyegunle the country home of late Dr. Omotosho in Ekiti local government area of Kwara State. He also promised to revive the National Directorate of Employment Training Center in the community when elected.
Folayan who was received by hundreds of his party members was accompanied by the party’s local government chairman Prince Shola Ojoye and other party leaders from Ekiti local government. He called for a moment of silence in honor of Dr. Mike Omotosho before the commencement of his speech.
“This period is an emotionally one for me, this is the hometown of my late Boss, who is one of the greatest philanthropist in the history of Kwara. He is a man we miss everyday.
“I want to assure you that with me, Dr Mike is alive. I’m determined to carry on with his good work and ensure that his vision of “meddling for impact” to liberate the people and end poverty will never die.
“By the grace of God I would do a monumental project in this community in his name that would serve as a point of remembrance for him when elected. He is a man we can never forget. May his gentle soul rest in peace. Amen.
Asoju Odo who also visited the palace of Owallobo of Obbo Aiyegunle expressed concern over insecurity in the area and vowed to get serious action of the federal government when elected.
He also faulted the federal government over poor funding of the National Directorate of Employment Center in the community, which paralyzes it activities. He promised to liaise with necessary federal government Ministries, Departments and Agencies to revive and upgrade the NDE center for the benefit of the youth and women of the constituency.
