Qualified N-Power Beneficiaries To Receive Stipends (See How & Proof)
The long awaited news is finally here but as
hilarious as it may seem, many N-Power beneficiaries are in curiosity of receiving stipends alerts for the first month of work as October ended, even those who know they aren’t qualified for it, but to disappointment nothing came up. Later on, rumors had it few days later those stipends would drop by first week of November and still got fingers crossed on that as at when this article was published.
The team in charge of this program has made it clear and assured that all beneficiaries would be getting paid; delay may only arise due to network glitches, bank variances and some other unaided obstacles. But again asides all these, many reasons could result also in you as a Batch C Stream 1 N-Power beneficiary not getting paid or receiving your stipend when due, these reasons may include:
1. Incorrect/incomplete information provided on your dashboard, as many are in such situations while some had complaints of incorrect data input during registration, situations such as: date of birth not corresponding with BVN provided;
2. Beneficiaries whose bank details supplied does not match the details provided during registration, especially in terms of name and the arrangement;
3. Those that have glitches during their process of physical verification, either being absent for the verification or incomplete credentials presented at the venue of physical verification;
4. As the current situation with many beneficiaries is, inter and intra state redeployment is still hanging for most beneficiaries, this is definitely bound to cause such people not receiving the stipends as at when due;
5. Most importantly, though not sure how genuine or serious the case may be, beneficiaries are advised to report to their PPA as often as possible, as it is most likely that supervisors are dispatched and beneficiaries not found at their PPA may fall victim of not being paid and also delisted from the program.
As of when this article was published, some beneficiaries are already having a new look on their portal with the inclusion of “Payroll” tab on the portal, where you get to check your payment data as a beneficiary, but currently on few have this and it’s still empty for now.
