May 29th: GOVERNOR ABDULRAZAQ'S SECOND YEAR HAVE USHERED IN TREMENDOUS DEVELOPMENT IN THE STATE - Kwara First Lady

The last two years in Kwara State have ushered in tremendous development owing to the sincere commitment of the present administration to bring good and impactful governance to bear in the state.

These transformations traversed the health, education, public works and other critical sectors while assuaging the plight of youths and the aged through well thought out social investment schemes such as Kwarapreneur, Kwara Farm, Owo-arugbo, Digital Kwara and all other components of KWASSIP.

Also worthy of mentioning is the government’s positive disposition towards women development and inclusion and the Executive Governor’s assent to the Violence Against Persons Prohibition Act to protect the vulnerable.

Despite the current harsh economic realities, a uniquely new course has been charted for development in the State in all critical sectors as this is evident in the improved lease of life the people now enjoy through the purposeful leadership of the executive governor of the state Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq

The relative peace and security enjoyed in the state and the government’s resolve to ensure the ease of doing business is also fast transforming Kwara to a commercial and tech hub of repute in the country.

On this occasion of the second year in office, I congratulate Your Excellency on the unprecedented feats that have been achieved and I am committed to continue to complement the efforts of Government in bringing good governance to bear in the State. I also enjoin the people of Kwara State to continue to support the Administration of Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq to deliver even more on his mandate.
Signed

H E Amb. Dr. Olufolake Abdulrazaq
First Lady of Kwara State and Founder, Ajike People Support Centre
