Lawmaker Greets Constituents At Christmas; Assures Of More Government Patronage In 2021


As Christians worldwide celebrate the birth of Christ, the lawmaker representing Ekiti Constituency at the Kwara State House of Assembly, Honourable Abolarin Ganiyu Gabriel has congratulated all residents of his constituency on the joy of the season.

In a Christmas message released from his office and made available to newsmen in Ilorin, the lawmaker urged Christians to reflect on the essence for which Christ came to save mankind.

Abolarin dwelled on humility that accompanied the birth of Jesus Christ in the manger and urged Christians to exhibit same in their dealings with others.

The lawmaker urged Christians to be moderate in their celebration urging them to cultivate a harmonious co- existence with other religious faith in the constituency.

As the new year is underway, Honourable Abolarin prayed that the year 2021 would usher in new and fulfilled hope for residents of the state.

He pledged his readiness to continue to strive hard in partnership with the executive with a view to bringing the desired dividends of democracy to the people.

He informed the resident of the State government's approval for the commencement of construction work on the Osi - Obbo-Aiyegunle road, while the Osi - Isare-Opin - Ikerin Opin - Ajuba road construction under Rural Access Mobility Project, RAMP, will also commences later in the year. He also listed a total rehabilitation work ongoing at the Obbo-Ile Health Centre, while that of the Obbo-Aiyegunle Health Centre is about to commence. 

The lawmaker wishes residents of Ekiti Local Government, a merry Christmas and prosperous new year.
