Kwara AAC Dissociates Self From The Suspension Of Sowore, 8 Others

African Action Congress (AAC) 

Kwara State chapter of the African Action Congress (AAC) has dissociates self from the suspension of the party Presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore and eight other party members which includes the state chairman of Kwara State Mr Buhari Olanrewaju Ahmed from the party.

AAC Kwara chapter in a press statement issued by the party chairman stated that under no circumstances did anyone who has been expelled from the party has the right to sanction him or any other member of the party.

He therefore urges the public to disregard the news making round that Sowore and other members of the party has been suspended.

The press statement in details;

Sequence to what happened yesterday with barbaric act and desperation of Leonard who has been suspended from AAC party since January of this year.

I hereby say it categorically that I'm not aware of what happened yesterday in Abuja with live press conference being held by suspended former National secretary who is now expelled from the party.

I got an information that, a lady called glory from kwara state took part with the kangaroo arrangements of yesterday Press conference. The so called lady, Glory she's not in AAC anymore in kwara state and she is expelled from the party before the election that took this year.

I hereby make it known to the general public that I Buhari olanrewaju Ahmed, kwara state chairman under AAC, I totally disassociate myself from Leonard hypocrisy, who has been suspended and expelled from the party.

A legal step would be taken on Glory for impersonation.

Leonard is an opportunist who was given chances but turn to bite the fingers that feed him. Leonard is desperate to becomes the National chairman because he is a power drunk. He never share the belief and ideologies of the party from the onset.

He further said; "The conspiracy behind the kangaroo press conference of yesterday was orchestrated by Leonard and his co-traveller who are desperate for power and was paid to embarrassed Sowore at public domain."

"Leonard who was suspended and expelled from the party is suspending me from the party. I wonder how such scenario can take place under the constitution of our party and Nigeria law."

"A land where there is no law, there is no sin. As a law abiding citizen, a drastic legal action would be taken. Nigeria has a law and we have to follow the law with appropriate action, those who violate the law shall face the wrath." He concluded.
