Otunba Anu Ibiwoye Mourns The Death Of Onisapa Of Isapa
The former special Adviser to the Kwara State governor on agriculture and rural water support services, Otunba Anu Ibiwoye has commiserated with the people of Isapa land and Ekiti local government over death of Oba Raphael Alayande Ilufemiloye 1, Onisapa Of Isapa land.
Ibiwoye, in a statement of condolence, said the demise of the traditional ruler at this time was indeed a great loss not only to the Ekiti local government traditional council but to the people of Kwara south as well as state at large.
People's Democratic Party, PDP chieftain also described the late Oba Raphael as a distinguished traditional ruler who dedicated his royal duties towards building a united community.
His words; "His Majesty was a remarkable King, who dedicated his entire life to the betterment of his Community and the people of Isapa land, without discrimination as to their status, ethnicity or religious persuasion.
In bringing peace and prosperity to the people of Isapa land, His Majesty had devoted his life and worked tirelessly for improvement of life of the common people. There is no doubt that his Majesty’s wisdom and devotion were an enduring source of strength and comfort for the people in his Community. We will surely miss his royal counsels, fatherly guidance and advice”.
"I pray God forgive his shortcomings, grant his soul eternal rest and give his beloved ones the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss." He said.
