Gobir’s 78yr-old mother dies in India

A frontline politician, philanthropist and Waziri Kasar Hausa, Alhaji Yakubu Gobir 78 year old mother, Dr. Belawu Gobir died in India.

KWARA REPORTERS learnt that Alhaja Gobir died in an India hospital where she was receiving treatment.

According to information available to this medium, late Dr. Belawu Gobir will be buried according to Islamic injunction at 65 Umaru Audi Road, GRA, Ilorin on Saturday 17th August at 4.00pm. And Fidau Prayers will be held for her at 10.00 am on Saturday 24th August at Sarkin Gobir Compound, Ilorin, Kwara State.
