Kwara First Lady Congratulates New Government, Affirm It Readiness To Embark On Life Changing Projects


Kwara first lady, Mrs Olufolake Abdulrazaq has congratulated the governor, Alhaji AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and deputy governor, Mr Kayode Alabi on the occasion of their swearing in ceremony.

She affirmed that the new government will be an exemplary leaders worthy of emulation, and the readiness to embarked on projects that would touch lives of the people.

Mrs AbdulRazaq said, "Congratulations to my dear husband, the governor of Kwara State, Alhaji AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, his deputy Mr Kayode Alabi and the new honourable members of the Kwara state House of Assembly. I pray your tenure will be favourable for indigenes and non-indigenes in the state.

"I know that you will be good examples in the state by exemplary character and high achievements. And I believe in the readiness of this government to Embark on programmes and projects that will touch people's lives." She stressed.

She prayed for God's guidance in the selection of the cabinet members to carry out the good policies of the government successfully.

She also prayed for Kwarans who came out for the swearing in, in support of the new adminstration, beseeching God to continue to guide, protect and uplift them.

She further charged that all hands should be on deck in building a greater Kwara that all would be proud of.
